These terms cover the use of this website and the forms on it. The bot service itself is agreed separately with each business.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to the Nexlution website at nexlution.com: reading it, using its guides, and submitting the contact form or the registration form. Using the site means accepting them.
They are not the agreement for the bot service itself. What that service includes, and what it costs, is agreed directly with each business before it starts.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to anything published here. What you may not do is try to disrupt or overload the site, extract its data in bulk, or use it to send other people unwanted messages.
Both forms are rate limited and refuse submissions that arrive unusually quickly from the same source. That limit exists so the forms stay usable for people.
What sending a form does and does not do
Sending the contact form or the registration form starts a conversation. By itself it does not create a contract, reserve anything, or oblige either side to continue.
Please send information that is accurate and that is yours to send — in particular a business logo you have the right to use. We rely on what you send when we prepare a setup.
The free month and the plans
The free trial month is offered without commitment. Plan details and current prices are shown in the pricing section of the homepage, which is where the current offer lives, and it can change.
Nothing on this website is a binding price quote. The terms that apply to a paid subscription are the ones agreed when it starts.
Guides and examples
The guides on this site — how to create a WhatsApp bot, how the WhatsApp Business API works, and how to automate replies without putting a number at risk — are written to be useful, not to be a guarantee. WhatsApp's own rules and pricing are set by Meta and change without reference to us.
The salon, clinic, restaurant and gym examples describe typical setups. What a particular business ends up with depends on the booking flow configured for it.
Content and brand
The text, design, logo and name on this site belong to Nexlution. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link back; wholesale copying of the pages, or use of the name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse or supply something we do not, is not permitted.
Links to other services
This site links to WhatsApp, to our Facebook page, and to our own application at app.nexlution.com. The first two are operated by Meta under its own terms, and we do not control them.
Availability and changes
The site is offered as it is. It can change, pause for maintenance, or be reorganised, and pages can move or be withdrawn.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The "last updated" date shows when this text last changed, and using the site after that means the updated version applies.
