Privacy Policy

This page describes what the Nexlution website collects when you contact us or register your business — and what it does not collect.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the marketing website at nexlution.com: the contact form, the business registration form, and what the site stores in your browser.

It does not describe the paid bot service that runs inside a business's own WhatsApp account. The details of that service are agreed with each business separately.

What you send through the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and your message. On submission exactly those fields are saved, together with the date and time, so that we can read your message and reply to it.

The form also contains two hidden fields that a person never sees or fills in. They exist to catch automated submissions: if they arrive filled in, the submission is rejected and nothing is saved.

What you send through the registration form

The registration form collects the business name, the owner's name, the business category, country, city and street, a WhatsApp number, an email address and a preferred language — and optionally a website address, Instagram, Facebook and an additional phone number. It also accepts one image file as the business logo.

Those fields are saved with the date of submission, and the logo is stored as a file on our server, so that we can prepare the bot for your business and contact you about it.

What is stored in your browser

The site sets no cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two things only: the key "nexlution-website-lang" remembers which of the four site languages you chose, and the key "nexlution-onboarding-draft" keeps a draft of the registration fields you typed so that a page reload does not lose them.

The draft does not include the logo file, and it is removed from your browser as soon as the registration is submitted successfully. Clearing the site data in your browser removes both keys.

IP address and abuse prevention

Both forms are rate limited: the server counts how many recent submissions came from the same internet address and refuses further ones for a while. Your IP address is processed temporarily for that check and for abuse prevention, and it is not stored as a field on the contact message record or the registration record.

Requests to the site also pass through our hosting and server infrastructure, which handles the IP address as part of delivering the page, as any web server does.

Third-party services

The marketing website does not automatically load third-party analytics, tracking pixels, tag managers, externally hosted fonts, or third-party embeds. The fonts it uses are served from our own site.

WhatsApp and Facebook are external services, reached only when you choose to follow one of those links or to message us there. From that point their own terms and privacy policies apply to that conversation, and what reaches us is only what you send us in it.

How long we keep what you send

We would rather be exact than reassuring here: the current implementation has no automatic deletion period. A contact message or a registration stays in our records until it is removed manually.

We keep that information for the purpose you sent it for — answering your enquiry, or preparing the bot for your business — and not to build a marketing profile about you.

Contacting us about your information

If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed, contact us through the contact form on this site or on WhatsApp — the same channels listed on the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when this text last changed.
